Recently, the official website of the Shanghai Market Supervision Bureau released the results of sampling inspection on the quality supervision of plastic shopping bags in Shanghai this year. Recently, Shanghai Market Supervision Bureau carried out supervision sampling inspection on the quality of plastic shopping bag products produced, processed and sold in the local market. A total of 31 batches of plastic bag products were sampled and inspected this time, and 8 batches failed to meet the standard.
According to the regulations of Plastic Shopping Bags (GB/T21661-2008) and General Technical Requirements for Environmental Protection, Safety and Identification of Plastic Shopping Bags (GB/T21660-2008), the following items were inspected in this supervision sampling inspection: thickness, smell, packaging and printing quality, lifting test, drop test, water leakage, sealing strength, impact of darts, environmental protection statement, safety statement.
In this sampling inspection, it was found that one batch of plastic bag products did not meet the requirements for items involving safety performance parameters, and the items involved were: thin and thick; There are 7 batches of plastic bag products that cannot meet the performance parameters in use, and the items that do not meet the standards are: impact of darts, packaging and printing quality and resistance.
The thickness of plastic shopping bags is not up to the standard, which is easy to crack in the use process, with safety risks, and will also reduce the frequency of recycling, causing environmental pollution; The impact property of the dart is not up to the standard, which means that the thickness of the plastic packaging film is uneven and the strength is not evenly distributed. It is most likely to crack when it is loaded to the rated weight, causing the contents to fall out and damage or hit customers; The substandard packaging printing quality will lead to the falling off of the plastic bag printing content during the use of customers, and pollute the contact position of customers.
The unqualified plastic bag products found in this sampling inspection will be handed over to the local market supervision department for handling according to law.
