Avoid double sheets, multiple sheets and paper tilt, and ensure that the pressure is uniform and does not roll rubber.

During printing, adjust the height of the front gauge and the side gauge pressboard according to the paper thickness. At the same time, adjust the pressure of the pressboard wheel and brush wheel on the paper feeding board, and tighten the loose paper feeding cloth belt. When starting the machine, if the rules are not good, check the paper feeding status and the pressure of the paper passing wheel and the paper pressing wheel in time; For thicker paper, the pressure of the paper pressing wheel and brush wheel should be heavier. And check the paper unloading time and gauge pulling time, as well as the handover time between the side gauge and the swing tooth. If any problem is found, handle it in time until the upper, lower, left and right gauges are accurate.
